To ensure the exam can run smoothly using Bromanji, a tryout was held by students and lecturers of Radboud University Nijmegen to test the security level for the surveillance. The Browser Aman Ujian helps ensure a clean exam without cheating so that students cannot cooperate and cannot browse the internet or read notes. The exam ran smoothly with help from Bromanji (Browser Aman Ujian) surveillance, developed by the Center for Psychology Universitas Padjadjaran (PIP Unpad). There are 12 students from Indonesia, consisting of 6 undergraduate students from the Psychology Faculty of Unpad, 4 master’s students from Professional Psychology of Unpad, and 2 Neurology resident students from Diponegoro University. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the exam was held later than in the Netherland, which was at 19.30-21.30 WIB, adjusting the break the fast time for some Indonesian students. By adhering to the tagline “ We rise by lifting others,” PKUP is ready to serve the entire Unpad civitas academica.Įxecution of the online exam PKUP has a variety of consulting and counseling services, including career guidance, learning difficulties, academic adaptation, friendship and social interaction, work and organization, and other psychological problems. PKUP is expected to help and support students in facing academic and life challenges through consultation, counseling, and preventive programs. The next event was a report from PKUP representative, Esti Wungu, S.Psi., M.Ed., Psychologist, regarding PKUP activities that have been going on so far.
PKUP is expected to support Unpad students’ wellness with a style that suits their age accordingly. The rector advised that we must hold the idea of ‘silih asah, silih asuh, silih asih’ (a Sundanese life guidance in communicating, which aims to create harmony with people around us). The launch was officially carried out by the Rector of Unpad, Prof. Hendriati Agustiani, M.Si., by introducing PKUP services such as small class activities (workshops), preventive programs, online and offline counseling, and types of problems that have been handled by PKUP. The event was opened with a presentation from the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Prof.
PKUP launching event was broadcast live on streaming.unpad YouTube channel. PKUP is a counseling service managed by Universitas Padjadjaran Faculty of Psychology that provide free psychological assistance (either counseling or consultation) for Unpad civitas academica, including students, lecturers, and education staffs. Universitas Padjadjaran has officially launched Universitas Padjadjaran Counseling Center, or Pusat Konseling Universitas Padjadjaran (PKUP), on Friday, July 17, 2020.
